Our cancellation policy (not applied if you are feeling unwell at the moment)
Sometimes you need to modify the time of your appointment and we are more than happy to change your booking at anytime up until 24 hours beforehand. You can text us anytime the day before on 0420 808 545 to let us know.
Once you’ve received the booking confirmation via email, you have accepted these conditions.
Cancellation fees will apply if you:

cancel on the day, we will charge A$40.

do not show up, we will charge 100% of the treatment price that you booked.
The invoice will then be sent to you via email.
Please note that missing an appointment means a lost opportunity for treatment not only for yourself, but for someone else who may be in need. We simply wish to be fair to everyone by establishing this cancellation policy.
