Your pain is important and listening to you comes first. That is when I get to know you and what you are experiencing in your words.

 

Based on your case, a series of tests, ranges of motions and postural observations will be used to help me design the best treatment for you. In case of a complicated/ dangerous condition, I can refer you for MRI at Qscan.

Depending on the severity of your symptoms, you will be given exercises and stretches to help you until the next session. The quality and speed of your recovery also depends of your level of fitness, diet, physical activity, emotional state, ergonomics and posture at work/ home.
